The Nook Post Rules

• Players may submit a total of 5 designs each month. These design allowances are totaled when a design receives its 'Accepted.' comment from an official approval admin, not when it is submitted.
• Each design must have a completed Import Information Template.
• Designs should be submitted to the approvals thread by the genotypes owner.
• All designs receiving a correction must use the appropriate corrections thread.
• All items applied must come directly from the user submitting the genotype.
• Cosmetics items can be applied during upload. Items that alter the genotype in any way, will need to be applied in The Village Cache prior to submission. When we say alter the genotype we are referring to gender, genotype, phenotype, coat type, and build. This means traits, physical mutations and similar are still allowed to be applied during the approval process.
• If you are submitting a chimeric design, you must provide separate images to each genotypes design.

How do I create a Felvarg?

Thread Breakdown & Rules

Makeover Kits: This item is used to completely redesign a Felvarg from scratch. It will reset any hierarchy update milestones, experience gained, and anything applied or achieved by the Felvarg prior to the reset. All that remains is slots used/promised which will be untouched and not be reset. Furthermore, a Felvarg may keep its original traits during reset, provided proof of the original genotype permission is supplied.

Touch Up Kit: This item is used to touch up an uploaded Felvarg. Changes should remain minor and all marking must remain the same color, and in the same parameters as previously designed. When side by side the design should remain virtually identical with the ability to touch up your markings edges say using a difference brush, adding fur texture or similar.

Physical Item Applications: Physicals items are items your Felvarg can physically touch or otherwise hold. These items include tack, companions and cosmetic applications. Be mindful players must include a version with and without any visual changes to their design.
Tack is permanent, but with a clear cosmetics players can reset or remove visual accessories from their Felvarg. Equally players may use a Creature Cage to recage companions on their Felvarg, placing them back in the users cache.

Minor Updates: This thread handles halos, eyes, flesh, accessory details, lineart color, and physical mutations. You may change your halo, claws, eyes, scars, pawpaints and flesh for free without the need to supply any items, however any changes to your accessories or physical mutations must be done using an accessory. Any changes to an accessory must be minor, such as shading, highlights or color alterations. The item itself must remain relative and still read as the previous item.

PSD Remake: While the group allows for Felvargs without a PSD to have their PSD's remade, be sure to be mindful that no changes visibly should be done at this stage. This includes adding accessories, removing accessories or other visual applicators, or touching up marking edges. If your Felvarg is being shifting to updated lines at this time, only what needs to be touched to mend any now void areas may be filled in and must honor the true nature of the original design. Each user may submit 2 PSD remakes in any given month, and PSD remakes will count towards their monthly upload allowance. This urges and encourages players to keep PSDs safe and value them for what they are. We suggest using the clipping method. This method lays the original design PNG overtop of a clean PSD file using clip, then making adjustments needed to recreate the file. (Example)

The Caching Post Rules

• Each Cache Post comment thread can include up to 5 actions.
• You may not reserve a comment by posting a holder comment to later edit.
• You may edit your comment for general corrections only.
• Players cannot reply to their comments with additional actions or edits.
• When claiming achievements please provide the admin completion comment, not the entry itself.
• You may freely hide your comment before it is processed to void the request.
• All requests must be made by the Felvarg's owner.
• Players may add a personalised banner to their Felvargs official import, alongside a tracker image and redirect to their offsite tracker. Soulmated Felvargs may additionally add an image to their soulmates tab on the import database. Check each rulset for the above when supplying an update.

The Breeding Post Rules

• Please provide slot permission in their respective places.
• Breedings become official when they are rolled and their breadcrumb is placed on the website officially.
• All items applied must be present in your Cache/BoA at the time of submission, or alternatively be purchased during the breeding provided clear instructions are provided.
• Split litters must have POTL specified.
• Members may receive POTL from a single split slot they have not posted, alongside their usual 3 breeding allowances.
• Members may participate in 3 split breedings that they are NOT posting, provided they are not getting POTL more than a single time.
• Members may attach items to a breeding not involving themselves provided explicit permission is present on the breeding or slot permissions and the item is present in the users cache.
• Direct offspring of the Trinity can submit a single breeding per month paired to an unknown sire/dam.

Hierarchy Updates Rules

• All submissions must include a completed form which the group has supplied in the right column respectively.
• All Import Update submissions must remain the correct size and be on the correct background during Hierarchy Updates.
• All corrections must include all previous attempts. Failure to supply previous attempts will result in being sent back to the corrections thread.
• During Hierarchy Updates players may not apply any visual cosmetic import updates. All cosmetics must be applied in the Nook before or after submitting a level update.

The Adoption Center Rules

• Each member can only adopt a single Felvarg from the Adoption Center.
• You may not sell any genotypes obtained in the Adoption Center, you may however gift the Felvarg once it is uploaded and official.
• Felvargs will not give pups to any dodgy accounts or accounts that are less than 2 weeks old.
• Players caught creating multiple accounts to abuse this feature, will be suspended/removed from the group.
• Players caught selling Adoption Center Felvargs in secret will be suspended/removed from the group.
• When dropping off unwanted genotypes in the dropoff center, you may only post 5 genotypes per comment.

Adoption Center Breakdown & Rules

Commonly Rolled Felvargs: We use a special generator to create commonly rolled genotypes, which we then hand out to members that request them. These Felvargs are often referred to as starters, given they often aid in welcoming new players to our world.

Predesigned Randomly Rolled Felvargs: We recommend this option to players just joining our group or ARPGs in general. It's a great stepping stone into the game to see if you like what we have to offer. Click Here to view the current available predesigned Felvargs.

Drop off unwanted genotypes: The Drop-Off is a place where members can drop off unwanted Felvarg genotypes, in return for a small amount of Felcredits.

Breakdown of individual factors that affect the final Felcredit amount:
Common Genotype - 300 Felcredits
Seasonal Genotype - 500 Felcredits
Uncommon Genotype - 600 Felcredits
Rare Genotype - 850 Felcredits
Legendary Genotype - 1,000 Felcredits
Defiance marking - +200 Felcredits

How do we define a geno?
Common Genotype: Common markings with up to 1 uncommon marking.
Seasonal Genotype: Any genotype with seasonal markings.
Uncommon Genotype: Common/Uncommon markings with up to 1 rare marking.
Rare Genotype: Any genotype with multiple Common/Uncommon/Rare markings.
Legendary Genotype: Any genotype containing a legendary marking.
